Answer
Thailand's Digital Arrival Card, commonly called the TDAC, has been in use since 1 May 2025 for foreign arrivals. Travellers should use the official immigration process, complete the required information within the permitted pre-arrival period and keep the confirmation accessible when travelling.
The digital arrival card is not a visa and does not guarantee entry. Passport validity, visa or visa-exemption eligibility and the purpose and length of the stay remain separate immigration matters. Avoid unofficial websites that charge unnecessary service fees, and recheck the official requirements shortly before departure because immigration procedures can be updated.
